Havenwood isn’t a plush resort.  There is no spa or exercise room.  You can’t call for room service in the middle of the night at Havenwood, and if your bed needs to be turned down, you’ll have to do it yourself.  Havenwood has everything you need to be comfortable and no frivolous extras.  Most people who visit Havenwood are not looking for a resort, they’re looking for an opportunity to reconnect with their own inner spirit.  They’re looking for a simple get-away in the woods where they find themselves surrounded by God’s handiwork. We offer a range of experiences from organized retreats that are topic focused to simple weekend get-aways.

The Bunkhouse is the primary facility at Havenwood.  It houses Jerry’s living quarters and his wood shop.  Guests enjoy a large living room with a full kitchen, bath, and a sleeping area with five twin-size beds and room for additional cots. Five is the ideal number of guests, but we can accommodate a few more if need be.  The front porch has just been screened and provides another gathering spot that is protected from nature’s little flying irritants.
